S is for the River Seine
The River Seine flows through Paris, dividing the city into the Rive Gauche (South bank) and Rive Droite (North bank). The river is one of the most well-known in France; its source is near Dijon in Burgundy, and it flows 775 kilometres into the English Channel at Honfleur.
